Season Lopiccolo

COO / Co-Founder

Noble began as a single-laptop web design company more than 20 years ago. Today, we’re a full-service creative digital performance marketing agency of over 50 people on 2 continents. As we set sail for even greater horizons, we’re glad to have a seasoned navigator showing us where to row.

Like our agency, our services and our clients, Season’s role at Noble just keeps growing. Along with overseeing financial, HR and legal matters, she’s the founder and executive director of the Noble Deeds Committee, the body that oversees our yearly charitable endeavors. She’s also an executive sponsor for our internal Culture and Safety Committees. In 2023, she organized a media retreat day for our fellow TAAN member organizations.

As our COO, Season spearheads our “wild bear” company culture. We owe one of our most closely held mantras–be kind, not nice–to her. It helps keep us honest, and it helps us help our clients be better every day (instead of getting lost in sweet nothings). Courage and curiosity are her best friends–aside from Jarrod, of course–and she uses them to drive herself (and the Noble team) confidently toward our next destination.

Speaking of Noble, Season’s contributions have made a difference for clients like Visit Lake Tahoe, Santa Monica, Autodesk, The Islands of Tahiti, Yosemite Mariposa and the University of California. Her efforts have helped Noble win local, national and international recognition: in fact, Season played a key role in the overseas launch of Noble Deeds (which means we’re doing even more good now, with help from our friends across the pond).

Season graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English. When she’s not demolishing her latest Scrabble opponent, you’ll find her outside hiking, running and fly fishing with her family. Hiking 50 miles through Patagonia? Cross that off the list–in true Noble style, Season is on to bigger and better things, like training to run a half-marathon or summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro.

“We’re all in the same boat. We need to work to get everyone rowing in the same direction.”
