At Noble Studios, Inc. (“NOBLE” or “us” or “we”), we respect the privacy rights of our online visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information we collect about you. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, hold, use and disclose personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to our website located at www.NobleStudios.com, any mobile or localized version of the website, and any related subdomains (collectively, the “Site”). It also covers the treatment of information we may collect through content we make available on third-party sites or platforms.

By using or accessing the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Use, and all other policies or notices posted by us on the Site.

Note: None of this information contains personal information or anything that can be used to track a visit to an individual computer;

This may include information such as “Likes”, profile information gathered from social networking sites or the fact that you viewed or interacted with our content.

  • Surveys and Contests: If you participate in our surveys, contests, or promotions, we will collect information you provide us.

Information from Others

  • Other Platforms: We may receive information about you from third-party platforms that obtain your permission to share this information with us.
  • Publicly Available Information: Others may submit content on our website and/or social pages that includes information about you (example, photos, comments or tagging).
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies in connection with your use of our website, including your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and if you use our browser extensions, content you interact with on third-party sites. We also collect information that your device provides to us in connection with your use of our website, such as browser type, type of device, browser language, IP address, unique device identifier, location, and requested and referring URLs. We collect information automatically through technology such as cookies, Flash cookies, HTML5 local storage, pixel tags, web beacons, clear gifs, or other tracking/recording tools, including when you click on a link to visit the Site, interact with our ads or other content on the Site or on third-party sites or platforms, or open the emails we send. Where possible you may have the option of interacting with us anonymously (for example when browsing the Site as a casual user) or using a pseudonym.

  • To control unauthorized use or abuse of the Site and our services, or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal;

  1. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

Noble does not sell, trade, share or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • We may share your personally identifiable information with third-party service providers to permit such parties to provide services that help us with our business activities, which may include assisting us with marketing, advertising our product/service offerings, fulfillment of orders, or providing, maintaining and improving the features and functionality of the Site, among other things. For example, we may provide personally identifiable information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters or notifications of our product/service offerings. We take reasonable steps to require that these third parties agree to process such information in accordance with our instructions and appropriate security protections. In addition, these third parties are authorized to use your personally identifiable information only as necessary to provide services to us or as required by law;
  • We may share your personally identifiable information with our parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (and they may use your information in the same way we can under this Privacy Policy);
  • We may share your personally identifiable information when we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce the Terms of Use or other applicable policies or agreements governing your use of the Site, including investigation of potential violations thereof, or (c) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Noble Studios, its users or the public as required or permitted by law;
  • We may share your personally identifiable information with third parties (including our service providers and government entities) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
  • As described in the “Changes of Control” section, we may share your personally identifiable information if we become involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets; and
  • We may share your personally identifiable information with a third party if we have your consent to do so.

We may also share aggregated or non-personally identifiable information with third parties for other purposes. Such information does not identify you individually, but may include usage, viewing and technical information we collected through our technology. If we are required under applicable law to treat such information as personally identifiable information, then we will only disclose it as described above. Otherwise we may disclose such information for any reason.

If you post comments on the Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit is publicly available, can be read, collected, or used by other visitors to the Site, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to post on the Site.

  1. International Transfer of Data

Noble Studios is a global organization, headquartered in the United States, with service providers, subsidiaries, and operations in two countries. In order to provide you with the services you seek by interacting with our website, emails, and by contacting us, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States (or any other country where we, our subsidiaries, affiliates and service providers operate). Data protection laws differ among jurisdictions, and the United States and these other jurisdictions may not provide the same level of protection for personal information as your jurisdiction of residence. If you are from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and we transfer your personal information to countries outside of the EEA, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your personal information is afforded the same level of protection as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes of Control

If we sell all or part of our business, or make a sale or transfer of assets, or are otherwise involved in a merger or business transfer, or in the event of bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation or similar proceeding, we may transfer your information to one or more third parties as part of that transaction.

  1. Children Under Age 13

This Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 nor does Noble Studios knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the website and do not provide any personal information to us. If you are a parent of a child under the age of 13 and become aware that your child has provided personal information to Noble Studios, please contact us at privacy@noblestudios.com and we will delete that information promptly.

  1. An Explanation Of Cookies And Other Technologies

This section provides more information about some of those technologies used on our Site and how they work.

Cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer or device for record-keeping purposes. Cookies can be used for various purposes, such as to confirm that users are logged in.

Pixel Tags and Similar Technologies. Pixel tags, web beacons and clear gifs can be embedded in web pages, videos, or emails and allow a web server to read certain types of information from your browser, check whether you have viewed a particular web page or email message, and determine, among other things, the time and date on which you viewed the pixel tag, the IP address of your computer or device, and the URL of the web page from which the pixel tag was viewed.

Flash Cookies. A “Flash cookie” (also known as Local Shared Object) is a data file stored on your computer or device by the websites that you visit. From time to time, the Site may use Flash cookie(s), for example, to enable or control Flash-based content. Flash Cookies provide similar functionality as the cookies discussed above in this section, but are based on different technology.

HTML5 Storage. HTML5 local storage is similar to the cookies discussed above in that it is stored on your computer or device and can be used to store certain information about your activities and preferences. However, these objects are stored in different parts of your computer or device from ordinary browser cookies.

Third Party Sites. The Site may also contain links to other third-party websites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Noble Studios. Even if the third party is affiliated with us through a business partnership or otherwise, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of such websites to determine how they handle any information they separately collect from you. Please be aware that we do not warn you when you have chosen to click through to another website or property when using the Site.

  1. Your Controls and Choices

Opt-Outs. We may provide you with the opportunity to “opt-out” of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes when we ask for this information. If you decide to opt-out, we may not be able to provide certain features of the Site to you.

Communication Preferences. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included on such communications or on the Site. Please note, however, that you may not have the option to opt-out of certain service-related communications.

Blocking Cookies. You can remove or block certain cookies using the settings in your browser but the Site may cease to function properly if you do so.

Controlling Flash Cookies. To manage the Flash cookie settings and preferences for your computer, please click here and you will be directed to the Settings Manager on Adobe’s website. You may also be able to manage Flash cookies from your browser, depending on the version of your browser.

Deleting Other Browser Information.  Many Internet browsers allow you to disable HTML5 local storage or delete information contained in HTML5 local storage using browser controls.

  1. Accessing and Updating Personally identifiable information

You have certain rights in relation to your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. If you are interested in exercising your rights, please contact us using the contact details in the section titled “Contact Us”. We will respond to all such requests and will provide you with access to the information we hold about you, including correcting or updating that information, unless a legal exemption from providing such access applies. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period of time upon verification of your identity in accordance with local laws. We recommend you include documents that prove your identity and a clear and precise description of the information which you request access to.

  1. Storage and Security

We hold your personally identifiable information in a combination of hard copy and electronic files for an unlimited period of time, as necessary to support the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or otherwise fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We use third party information system providers who may store or have access to your personal information. Even after you cancel your account, copies of some information from your account may remain viewable in some circumstances where, for example, you have shared information with social media or other services.

We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personally identifiable information (such as information related to racial or ethnic origin, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise. If, contrary to this request, you do provide any sensitive information, in doing so you consent to us collecting and handling that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

No method of transmission over the Internet, method of electronic storage or other security methods are one hundred percent secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means such as firewalls, password-protected databases with limited physical or electronic access, and encryption to protect your personally identifiable information against unauthorized use, disclosure or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  1. Enforcement

Noble Studios regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personally identifiable information that cannot be resolved between Noble and an individual.

If you have a concern about your privacy or you would like to know more about how your personally identifiable information is collected, or used please contact us. We ask that when you contact us with a complaint, please include contact information and clearly describe your complaint. We will respond to your request or complaint within a reasonable time and will let you know next steps in resolving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact your local and federal data protection authorities to lodge a complaint.

We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will post them and will indicate on this page the policy’s new effective date. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or through notice on our home page. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy practices. Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement or privacy statement, this Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you. We may also issue specific information collection privacy notice from time-to-time relating to particular products or services.
