KNPB, northern Nevada’s PBS affiliate, retained Noble Studios to redesign and develop its website.
Built on an ExpressionEngine platform, the site boasts a slick multimedia slideshow, press release manager, events calendar, and Meta data module. The site also features an ad manager, which streamlines ad spaces to industry standard sizes. This allows KNPB to accept and promote advertisers more effectively as well as track impressions and clicks.
The site includes rich integration with PBS video content, streaming on–demand. The PBS API offers a stream of real-time programming and a full programming schedule. Viewers can also “favorite” KNPB, KNPB Create and KNPB V-Me channels.
