We are seeking a Junior Project Manager with experience in the digital marketing arena to serve in a pivotal role for delivering amazing results to our clients.  Our Project Management team is full of enthusiastic, detail-oriented people who are passionate about enabling others to craft and deliver our soltions that are key to our clients success.  You need:

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:  Degree or certification relevant to project management is preferred, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following:  managing projects, budgets, coordinating internal and external teams, and/or client relationship mangement, preferably in the digial marketing arena.
    • Either past agency experience and/or a history of working within Noble’s customer verticals, including travel/tourism, B2B, health/wellness, education and/or non-profits, is a plus.
    • A good working knowledge of project management techniques, such as Gantt Charts, and an understanding of PMI or DMP methodologies as related to product lifecycle.
    • Competent with task management systems such as Jira, Workfront, Workamajig, etc., as well as with MicroSoft Office and the Google Suite.
    • A driving desire to “be better every day” for yourself, your team and our clients.
    • A close eye for detail, as well as the time management skills to handle multiple projects at once and perform under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • If selected, you must be able to:
    • Pass Noble’s background/reference check.
    • Provide documentation of your legal right to work in the U.S.
    • Work full-time primarily during Noble’s core business hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

Noble Studios is looking for a digital marketing focused Jr. Project Manager to join our team. Under the oversight of more experienced project managers, the Jr. Project Manager will be a main point of contact for marketing and web services retainers, and simpler projects. The Jr. Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by continually monitoring project performance against the client specific KPIs, service requests, project requirements while delivering quality work, on time and on budget. They will do this by being an assertive forward-thinking problem solver who enjoys motivating a team to deliver great work.

Key project types may include Website Development, Graphic Design, SEO, Paid Media, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Email. Additionally, the Jr. Project Manager will assist and support complex client projects led by more experienced project managers as well as internal projects to support the needs of the Project Management department.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively plan for and communicate project expectations and milestones to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Assist in meeting client/company expectations for quality of product, timing, and overall scope and budget management.
  • Assist with review and testing on all deliverables.
  • Manage and oversee diverse project tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide regular reports and briefings with insights to the customers, Client Success Manager, and Lead Project Manager as appropriate for customer relationship.
  • Analyze and report on final project budget, quality of product and client satisfaction.
  • Assist the Project Management team with meeting scheduling, content entry, quality control or other project related tasks as needed.
  • Support the Project Management Department with special projects to refine methodologies and reporting.
  • Travel on occasion to client meetings.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in managing projects, budgets, coordination of internal and external teams, and/or client relationship management
  • Competent with various software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and Google Suite
  • Competent with task management systems such as Jira, Workfront, or Workamajig
  • Familiar with project scheduling techniques such as Gantt Charts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A self-starter, able to work well with others
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, Internet technologies and available marketing channels to drive traffic (Website, Social, Email, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Content Syndication).
  • Experience successfully managing projects and service retainers in a similar (fast-paced agency) environment
  • Understanding of PMI or DPM methodologies related to the project lifecycle
