Fun fact about Kimberly Pedego: as a world-traveler, she wouldn’t think of packing for a trip without including her Yahtzee cup and dice. Which should give you more than a slight inkling about the competitive drive and adventurous spirit she brings to her role as Vice President of Client Experience for Noble Studios. 

Kimberly has a proven record for building high-performance teams, driving organizational growth and increasing profitability. She brings two decades of executive-level integrated marketing and management experience to the Noble team. And it’s little wonder she identifies so much with Julie McCoy, the fictional cruise director from “Love Boat.” You can always find Kimberly planning client visits and destination immersions or heading to a conference where she’s taking on speaking roles and constantly picking up insights into the workings of our industry. 

As a member of Senior Leadership, Kimberly works closely with the executive team to oversee Noble’s top line revenue and client profitability, while ensuring the agency’s financial goals are met. She also coaches and develops the Client Experience teams to be consultative and strategic leaders for clients and provides day-to-day, ongoing leadership, including feedback, team alignment and professional development. She’s a positive leader and collaborator with cross functional disciplines who works to produce integrated creative digital performance strategies that achieve client business goals. 

Kimberly graduated with a Marketing Honorary Award for outstanding academic achievement from the University of Denver with a degree in business administration and marketing. Kimberly also holds professional certifications from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Leadership Program and the University of California, Irvine (UCI) Project Management Program. Kimberly stays informed of industry trends and provides compelling thought leadership including an active role as a Fast Company Executive Board member.

“Passionate” is a word often used to describe her by clients as she loves what she does at Noble Studios. The Noble principle that fits her best is “Let’s Be Better Every Day” because she truly believes in leaving something better than she found it. She says this starts by continually striving to be a better person each and every day. 

Kimberly is a parent of twins and enjoys traveling the world. Oh, and if you ever have her over for dinner, you can’t go wrong with fresh pasta and a great bottle of wine.
