ShaMell Henry

Senior Client Success Manager

Senior Client Success Manager ShaMell Henry is a passionate, driven and personable leader on the Noble Studios team. With a background in digital marketing strategy for one of the biggest companies in the world, she brings clarity and focus to the team while ensuring client’s projects get over the finish line successfully.

As a CSM, ShaMell works in lockstep with project managers and cross-functional teams to advocate for Noble’s clients at all stages. Relationship building is one of her key functions, but she also has a knack for problem solving, critical thinking and troubleshooting.

A native of St. Louis, ShaMell graduated from UNLV with a degree in Communications. Her degree comes in handy on a daily basis, and it helps her to bring all stakeholders onto the same page.

Prior to Noble Studios, ShaMell was a client solutions manager at Meta, where she consulted and advised some of the world’s top travel brands on Meta’s ad solutions. This experience taught her to stay agile, pivot quickly and keep her head on her shoulders in an ever-changing landscape.

Before that, she worked as a digital media strategist for R&R Partners in Las Vegas. There, she was deeply entrenched in ad agency culture, picking up insights on scope of work, client management and delivery of business objectives. Inspired by the Black Lives Matter protests, she spearheaded an initiative called “Candid Conversations” that was intended to create an open dialogue on how to be a better agency partner. Her dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion is unparalleled.

One of the things she enjoys most about working at Noble Studios is the commitment to being better every day. The agency’s determination, attention to detail and passion allow her skills to flourish for Noble’s clients.

Outside of work, you’ll find ShaMell reading books (she can speed read a novel in two days!), sipping on iced lattes and surrounded by family and friends. She attended Barack Obama’s 2008 inauguration and was once featured on the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise” in an episode spotlighting Top Golf in Las Vegas. A former thespian, she is particularly obsessed with “Hamilton” these days. She also helped launch Britney Spears’ Las Vegas residency when she was a PR intern at Caesars Entertainment. Oh, and she can bake nearly anything from scratch!

Do the best you can until you know better. Then, when you know better, do better.”
