User behavior has changed a lot in the last decade, and LTVA needed to transition from a listings hub to an all-encompassing virtual experience. Together, we wanted to create a stunning site to complement the locale using the most up-to-date technology, SEO best practices and, of course, our better practices.
The enhanced site displays a clean, modern and responsive design tailored to delivering visitors a consistent brand and user experience across all devices. The mobile-first design ensures clean navigation and readability. We also focused on ADA compliance throughout so that anyone can access the beauty of Lake Tahoe’s south shore.
A Website as Fresh as Snow
TahoeSouth.com now serves as a vibrant introduction to the beauty and adventure of Lake Tahoe. To showcase the brand and entice visitors to the destination, we combined jaw-dropping images with distinct brand elements such as colors, patterns and fonts. Additionally, we customized WordPress Gutenberg blocks so the client could easily implement new pages that align with the design. The result is a custom-built website that is easy to navigate, inspires travelers and gives the client autonomy over new content.
