Noble’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Paul Franke isn’t just a strategist—he’s a connector. Whether he’s building cross-functional sales teams or keeping time behind a drum kit, he knows how to find rhythm, lead with energy and keep the room leaning in.
Paul’s been in sales and marketing long enough to know that the best work starts with people. At Noble, he leads with curiosity, builds trust fast and believes great ideas shouldn’t get buried in process. His focus is simple: bring clarity, spark momentum and help clients and teams do their best work.
Before joining Noble, Paul led business development at a national digital agency, spearheading partnerships with Travel Wyoming, Visit Florida and VisitPA. While he’s worked across many sectors, he’s especially dialed into travel and tourism. He’s passionate about full-service brand work, performance strategy and bridging the gap between insight and execution.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, Paul lives with his wife and their rescue French Bulldog, Milo. Over the years, they’ve opened their home to five rescue dogs; all loud, lovable, squishy-faced and exactly where they belonged.
He’s also a lifelong Pittsburgh Penguins fan, raised on Lemieux, Jagr and street hockey in Pittsburgh. When he’s not reminiscing about Crosby and Fleury, he’s probably at a concert. Paul’s been to hundreds of live shows, including having seen the band 311 more than 40 times, and counts their three-night Vegas “311 Day” festival, days before the world shut down in March 2020, as one of the best live concert experiences of his life.
