Faith Delfin

Faith Delfin is often the first friendly face new prospects encounter at Noble Studios. As Senior Client Engagement Manager, she serves as the bridge between potential clients and the Noble team, ensuring a perfect match of needs and services. 

She began her journey at Noble fresh out of college as a Client Services Coordinator and quickly rose to her current position. Faith plays a critical role in the company’s RFP process, managing nearly every agency RFP response. Her incredible ability to assess client fit, understand a prospect’s core business objectives and architect engagements that support clients in meaningful ways has led to significant wins in attracting and retaining clients.

Born in Las Vegas, Faith grew up in a small town southeast of Reno. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, focusing on strategic communications. It was there she cultivated her talent for impactful storytelling – a critical skill in both business development and marketing.

Faith embodies Noble’s principle of ‘Make Meaningful Connections’ in both her professional approach and her personal passions. Over the past few years, she has embraced a digital nomad lifestyle, living in Reno, D.C., San Diego and even Europe. Her love for exploring and connecting with different cultures extends beyond travel and into her culinary skills. You can often find her whipping up a delicious meal and trying out intricate recipes in the kitchen. When she’s not traveling or cooking, she is doing hot yoga, grabbing a coffee or taking a walk on the beach with her dog, Elle.
