Part philosopher, part creative maverick and full-time art devotee, Razib Hossain doesn’t just blur the line between art and life—he believes there isn’t one to begin with. As Noble’s Associate Creative Director of Brand Design, he leads with a vision shaped by decades of global agency experience and a deep commitment to human-centered creativity.
His journey began in Bangladesh, where Andy Warhol’s work revealed the power of communication art. After earning his MFA and BFA in drawing and painting from the University of Dhaka, Razib became his country’s youngest art director at TBWA. His path then led through Ogilvy & Mather and other global agencies, but a defining moment led him to reimagine what truly purposeful creative work could be.
Today, Razib mentors Noble’s creative team with the same philosophy that guides his own work and the agency’s: Let’s Be Better Every Day. Whether he’s crafting brand strategies or solving unspoken client challenges, Razib brings the same hungry-yet-humble approach that makes him a perfect fit for Noble’s culture.
His fine arts foundation merges seamlessly with his strategic thinking, allowing him to see beyond traditional advertising boundaries. Rather than pride, he embraces humility and hunger—traits that align perfectly with Noble’s culture. This is evident in him referring to teammates with his signature “Boss.”
Between leading creative initiatives and mentoring his team, Razib creates art and practices his unique form of “brain writing”—capturing the constant flow of multilingual thoughts that fuel his creativity. His greatest aspiration? To share his worldview with others, taking them through the authentic places that have shaped his perspective.
