noble new employees 2021

To our newest Noble party people & absolute rockstars,

Y’all made it!

As the biggest wave of new peeps in our history, we want to officially and publicly welcome you.

We streamed a firehose of training information your way, threw you to the tech stack wolves and gave you a trial by Jig to-dos to hone you into a proper creative digital performance marketer.

But you Wild Bears grabbed the Noble by the Horns and conquered all to be the best in class because you’re all class acts.

And by the comments below about your first 90 days, you were barely phased!

Welcome to the team, and we’ll catch you gathered around the office keg soon!

Sincerely,

Your biggest supporters at Noble Studios.

Meet the Team

Check out what each of our new team members have to say about their journey at Noble Studios so far:

Nick Finney

Nick Finney – Web Developer

Of all the things you’ve learned in your first 90 days at Noble, what stands out the most?

“I think ALL of the things that I have learned in my first 90 days is what stands out the most! Overall, I am most excited to see how much I feel I have progressed in my front-end web development skills in a pretty short time. As time and projects have gone by, I can feel myself getting stronger and that has been really cool for me to see!”

Matt Crisp

Matt Crisp – Web Developer

What Noble principle do you feel you most align with?

“Be Better Every Day. What keeps me addicted to web development is that there isn’t a day when you don’t learn something new, and perfection is a moving target. At Noble, we’re encouraged to be our own biggest critics, continuously explore better approaches to our work and share our discoveries with others.”

Kristi Twyeffort – Project Management Coordinator

Of all the things you’ve learned in your first 90 days at Noble, what stands out the most?

“It really pays off to ask questions, versus guessing or assuming. Not only does it increase understanding around a certain topic, but it also allows the opportunity to learn and make connections with teammates.”

Nicolle Staten – Performance Marketing Coordinator

In the last 90 days at Noble, what’s something you’ve learned about yourself?

“I am capable! It was really scary to change paths and start a new career and I’ll be honest that over the last 90 days I have doubted myself. Through the support of my new team, I now know that I can do this! I am doing this! It’s a really cool feeling.”

Lauren Hober

Lauren Hober – Client Success Manager

Of all the things you’ve learned in your first 90 days at Noble, what stands out the most?

“It’s amazing to me just how much of Noble truly functions as a team! It’s great to know how to rely on your pod for their expertise and how you can use your expertise to lift them up as well.”

Sarah Perry

Sarah Perry – Performance Marketing Manager

What Noble principle do you feel you most align with?

“One of the intangibles that drew me to Noble Studios was the principle: Make Meaningful Connections. I love connecting (and laughing) with people! I am so excited to have found a company with principles and values that aligned so well with mine! This principle in particular stands out to me because I am a people person – always have been – always will. I love developing connections with people (clients, coworkers, baristas…) because it helps build trust and understanding and makes work life way more fun! People challenge me in the best way and help me be better every day and I think that is what it’s all about.”

Lisa Ozvoldik

Lisa Ozvoldik – Performance Marketing Manager

Of all the things you’ve learned in your first 90 days at Noble, what stands out the most?

“Noble taught me that I can learn so much more than I thought. Working at Noble challenges you, it really does, but in the best way. The support you get from everyone at the agency is overwhelming and heartwarming, and it really teaches you that you can overcome any challenges and be better every day.”

Kurt Gorecki

Kurt Gorecki – UX/UI Designer

What is one of your strengths that helps you shine in your role?

“Positivity. A lot of things rapidly change and we have to be nimble and ready to pivot direction with creative and PMAR. It’s important to stay positive and not get too tied to our creative, there’s always another solution that might work even better and we can kill it with that concept too.”
