As Noble’s Traffic and Operations Manager, Claire Dodge ensures departments and teams are accountable for daily accuracy and staying up-to-date while working closely with project managers, the Operations team and department leads. In short, she helps Noble’s team members optimize their time, which directly impacts the quality of work we deliver to our clients.
Claire’s background in construction project management and property management have taught her how to quickly respond to the needs of teammates while working with an array of personalities. Her time in property management helped her understand how to operate a small business office and all the schedule juggling that comes with it. If you need to make something happen by a certain time, Claire’s the organizational superhero you’ve been seeking.
A native of Brentwood, Calif. in the Bay Area, Claire spent her summers traveling around California and her winters in the Sierra Nevada. An avid volleyball player, she has worked as a coach for 12-16 year-olds, encouraging their technical and team building skills. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno where she obtained a degree in Business Marketing.
Prior to Noble Studios, Claire worked as a project manager for a construction lighting company, which taught her how to find common ground between parties with sometimes conflicting needs, a skill that will serve her well in her role in a Creative Digital Performance agency. She also worked at River West Resort, where her duties ranged from helping tenants move in to working in the marketing department to create and schedule content for the company’s social media presence.
Outside of work, Claire and her husband enjoy traveling, attending concerts, rodeos and participating in fun runs. She hosts a weekly game night with friends during the winter and gets outdoors as much as possible in the summer. She enjoys paddleboarding, hanging with her pup, Earnhardt, and watching epic fantasies like the “Lord of the Rings” films and “Game of Thrones.” A self-described football nerd, she enjoys outperforming friends and family in fantasy football thank to her special talent: being able to name nearly every player and coach on NFL teams.
