Leslie Barrett spent a decade selling outdoor adventure to the world, then set out to read her way around it one country at a time. That mix of wanderlust and follow-through is what she brings to Noble Studios as a Senior Project Manager, turning big creative ideas into work that ships.
Leslie grew up in Connecticut and studied marketing at Trinity University in San Antonio. A cross-country train trip convinced her the Flatirons of Boulder, Colorado were home. From there, her instinct for the human side of a project has anchored a career in outdoor and adventure media, where clients trusted her with multi-million dollar partnerships and the pressure that comes with them. That work earned her a Folio Top Women in Media honor. What clients and colleagues both notice is someone who keeps a complex project calm and moving without draining the fun out of it, or as she puts it, spreadsheet organization meeting camp counselor energy.
Off the clock, Leslie bikes, kayaks and hikes around Colorado. At home, she’s a self-described plant lady and Aunt Dessie to nine nieces and nephews, including the middle schoolers she shares a book club with. She keeps a world map tracking a passion project to read a book set in every country, and has a back catalog of song parodies on YouTube she mostly forgot about until a coworker found them.
