With more than 20 years in agency life, Sarah’s seen every kind of brief, pivot and deadline. She’s helped shape work across industries, from tourism to tech, and has a knack for turning “wait, what?” into “got it.” Her sweet spot is the in-between: helping creative teams do their best work while making sure clients feel heard and set up for success. Whether she’s untangling a challenge or mentoring rising talent, Sarah leads with clarity, calm and a deep respect for the process.
Growing up in Las Vegas, Sarah landed her first agency job in high school, filing timesheets, soaking it all in and realizing she’d found her lane. That path paused briefly when her passion for animals pulled her into a veterinary clinic that still ranks high on her list of meaningful work.
Outside of work, Sarah is a genealogy nerd, book club founder (100+ books and counting) and history-loving traveler (five continents down). She’s writing a novel inspired by her great-grandmother and co-hosts a weekly podcast that blends humor, honesty and the everyday weirdness of being a grown-up.
