Allie Stevens

Ask Noble’s Operations Coordinator, Allie Stevens, what makes a great dinner party, and she’ll tell you its not the menu. It’s the playlist. The lighting comes next, followed by the perfect mix of guests. She approaches her work at Noble Studios the same way, combining thoughtful preparation, good timing and just the right balance of structure and spontaneity.

Originally from Milwaukee, Allie grew up with two elementary school teachers for parents, which meant curiosity and order came baked into everyday life. Her family moved to Las Vegas when she was a teenager, but she always missed the sense of calm and community she left behind. Reno brought that feeling back.

Allie earned her degree in Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno, and later returned to complete her MBA. Along the way she discovered a love for systems and operations, working in both startups and larger organizations where she specialized in improving workflows and making good processes even better.

Allie and her husband spend weekends tackling home projects, camping around Northern California or hosting friends for those signature dinner parties. Their black cats, Olive and Mr. Pickles (also known as Peter), usually lounge nearby, pretending not to care while keeping an ear on everything.
