The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, client-focused marketer to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. At Noble Studios, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll make a real impact working with “kick-ass” brands across the Travel & Tourism and B2B sectors. You will join a highly collaborative agency of “passionate wild bears” who share a deep love for creative performance marketing and a drive to challenge the status quo.
The Role
The Senior Paid Media Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization of complex, multi-platform campaigns. You will lead the integration of Google Ads, paid social, programmatic, and flighted media buys to ensure a cohesive digital approach. By leveraging strong business acumen, you will uncover deep client goals and align team actions with high-level expectations. We are looking for a candidate who can navigate the “what, why, and what’s next” of performance data and articulate strategic trade-offs to stakeholders ranging from Marketing Managers to C-Suite executives.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead paid strategy and execution for complex campaigns across Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, and Flighted media.
- Full-Funnel Integration: Partner with key stakeholders, including clients, client success managers, strategic planners, and project managers, to clearly define the vision, scope, and requirements for campaigns to create functional and strategic alignment.
- Financial Stewardship: Own the full budget lifecycle, including forecasting, allocation, spend rebalancing, and pacing. Connect every dollar of investment directly to business outcomes.
- Media Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and contracting for flighted media buys, ensuring optimal placement and value for clients.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports that highlight what happened, why it happened, and where to go next while articulating considerations for C-Suite stakeholders.
- Growth & Innovation: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; support business development by performing audits and pitching directly to prospects.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with Client Success and Strategic Planners to define vision and scope, ensuring all activities are prioritized by impact and effort.
Experience and Skills Required
- 4+ Years of Experience: In high-level digital and traditional paid media management (Agency experience preferred).
- Vertical Expertise: A proven track record in the Travel & Tourism or B2B sectors is a major plus.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Financial Acumen: Deep experience in budget ownership, from initial forecasting to real-time spend rebalancing.
- Communication Pro: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive-level audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and CRM integration. Adobe Analytics, Salesforce or Funnel are nice-to-haves.
- Collaborative Spirit: A desire to work in a cross-functional team environment where creative and performance live under one roof.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
What’s in It for You
- The chance to work for an award-winning, industry-leading employer with some of the most innovative clients in the world (Travel Nevada, Visit Lake Tahoe, Yodlee and others).
- Dream big while staying local because we love our home turf.
- An exceptional benefits package, plus a workplace emphasis on ongoing learning and growth: guest speakers and workshops, in-depth roundtable discussions, and of course, the opportunity to learn from some of the smartest and coolest coworkers around.
- A see-it-to-believe-it time-off policy: two companywide paid weeks off every year (one week in July and another in December) when Noble closes its offices, plus 10 days of personal PTO, 5 days of sick & safe time, and all paid company-observed holidays.
- The ability to work remotely or from home ideally near our headquarters location in Reno, Nevada or our satellite office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
If You’re Chosen
- You must pass Noble’s background and reference checks, as well as provide documentation of your legal right to work in the U.S.
- You must be able to work full-time, primarily during Noble’s core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, as well as occasionally be available after hours if urgent situations arise.
