Andrew Lydiard

Andrew Lydiard, Noble’s Senior Measurement and Insights Analyst, learned early that preparation matters most when the moment arrives, whether that’s lining up for a 25-yard halftime field goal or stepping into complex measurement challenges. He brings that same clarity and composure to separating signal from noise and helping teams move forward with certainty in his analytics work at Noble.

Andrew’s path to Noble has been shaped by a steady focus on making data useful. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno, he built a strong foundation in testing, reporting, digital analytics and measurement architecture. His career spans higher education, enterprise analytics at Nintendo and a mobile game startup where he helped build analytics from the ground up, connecting performance and behavior to real decisions. Those experiences ultimately led him back to Noble after nearly a decade away, where he applies a broad, practical perspective to measurement and insights.

Based in Washington, Andrew spends his time outside work walking his dogs Timber, Ripley and Loki, with Crash the parrot often joining meetings from the hood of his sweatshirt. He plays soccer, closely follows Seattle sports, games regularly and unwinds reading sci-fi and fantasy.
