With a checklist in one hand and smoothie in the other, self-proclaimed “list-oholic” Cathy Davis builds rapport as a Noble Studios Client Success Manager.
In past account leadership roles, Cathy spearheaded end-to-end planning and strategy while managing multifunctional creative, PR and media teams. She considers herself a proactive problem-solver, adept at understanding clients’ needs and objectives. Her expansive skillset runs the gamut from brand building and integrated campaign management to special event marketing to website development to database marketing.
But Cathy’s true superpower lies in her ability to connect. She loves being the conduit between clients and client teams, working hand-in-hand to understand client expectations to achieve shared goals. By listening closely, asking thoughtful questions and building partnerships rooted in trust and collaboration, she’s nurtured enduring relationships with travel leaders like Carson Valley Visitors Authority and MGM Grand Hotel & Casino along with brands such as Ethel M Chocolates, Greater Nevada Credit Union and Chemeon Surface Technology.
The secret to her success? Lists. Cathy not only makes meticulous to-do lists, she makes lists of those lists and is constantly organizing and reorganizing.
While Cathy thrives on organizing marketing elements, she draws the line at spiders — her biggest fear. Outside conquering new career heights, you’ll often find her cooking up pasta or blending a legendary smoothie all while reciting Italian poetry for her family. And, of course, she is Noble’s resident ladder golf champ, tossing away all of the competition.
But most of all, Cathy loves building meaningful connections — whether it’s strengthening partnerships through her Senior Client Success Manager role. From major metrics to small moments, she tackles every aspect of client success with equal parts passion and care.
