Most project managers speak in deadlines. Most designers speak in ideas. Noble Studios Project Manager Chase Cates is fluent in both.

With over a decade spanning graphic design, art direction and creative operations, Chase brings rare fluency to project management. Because he has done the work himself, he knows exactly how to protect it. His career has taken him from a luxury semi-custom home builder to fast-paced creative and e-commerce agencies. He is currently pursuing his PMP® certification to formalize the skills he has spent years perfecting in practice. Across every role, the throughline has been the same: reduce friction, align the team and deliver work that holds up.

A Las Vegas native by way of St. Louis and San Francisco, Chase found his people in the local arts and music community and never looked back. When he is not organizing a workflow, you will find him hunting for rare vinyl, catching live music at stadium shows or dive bars and relaxing at home with his three dogs, Hamilton, Archie and Dakoda. He is also serious enough about baking that competing on The Great British Bake Off is on his bucket list, though his croissants and US residency still need a little work.
