To keep up with Erik Newland, you’ll have to catch up, first—whether that means skiing, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking or promoting agency-wide synergy. Hey, whatever gets your adrenaline pumping, right? And few things give Erik more thrills than grabbing the Noble by the horns to lead us to a better tomorrow, one process and policy at a time.
As our Vice President of Operations, Erik specializes in efficiency. He ensures regular communication and keeps the workflows—well, flowing!—between each department, which in turn helps us deliver amazing results on schedule. Past management consulting and organizational change management experience, plus his work on various campaigns and issue advocacy groups around Washington, DC, make him an excellent fit for an agency of change-makers and do-gooders.
Born and bred on the ski slopes, Erik grew up in the small, mountain town of Truckee, California. He graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science before earning his masters in public administration from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining the wild bears here at Noble, he worked at a management consulting firm specializing in critical systems for the state of California.
Erik is a fourth-generation Tahoe native (a proverbial unicorn!) who knows the Sierra like the back of his hand. And when he’s not chasing ever better bolder results, he’s chasing his next adrenaline rush in the great outdoors. So whether you’re looking for someone to relay you to the top of a peak or lead you through the hills and valleys of creative digital performance marketing, Erik is your guy.
