Gabe Somoza

Senior Project Manager

Some people juggle projects – Senior Project Manager Gabe Somoza literally juggles while managing them. As Noble’s resident master of meaningful connections, he transforms complex workflows and creative campaigns into seamless production cycles, all while keeping his teams energized and aligned.

Born in Venezuela and raised in Northern California, Gabe brings a rich cultural perspective to every interaction. Spanish wasn’t just his first language – it was his gateway to understanding how different perspectives shape successful relationships. This worldview was further enriched during his time studying abroad in San Sebastian, Spain, where he learned that sometimes the best solutions come from stepping outside your comfort zone.

Gabe’s journey at Noble mirrors his approach to rock climbing – starting from solid ground as a coordinator and steadily ascending to senior project management through calculated moves and trusted partnerships. His marketing degree from the University of Nevada, Reno built the foundation, but it’s his natural talent for fostering meaningful connections that drives his success in coordinating team efforts and ensuring smooth delivery of client projects.

When he’s not in the trenches with his team churning through deliverables, Gabe seeks balance through an eclectic mix of pursuits. Rock climbing challenges him to stay present and focused, while meditation helps him maintain perspective in the fast-paced agency world. Though his ultimate frisbee days (all eight years of them) are behind him, he’s traded chasing discs for chasing checkmates as an avid chess player.

His problem-solving prowess extends beyond the office – whether he’s solving a Rubik’s cube, perfecting his juggling routine or analyzing the nuances of his favorite film, Midnight in Paris. True to his nature of embracing continuous growth, Gabe remains most excited about evolving Noble’s services while never losing sight of what matters most: building meaningful connections that stand the test of time.

“I’ve lived through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.”
