Project Manager Marni Kleinman can do a backflip while wake surfing, but her real trick is keeping complex projects upright and moving forward. With six years of experience in project management, she joins Noble’s operations team with a passion for helping creative work get out the door smoothly, efficiently and with heart.
Before wrangling timelines and budgets, Marni worked as a photographer and graphic designer. That creative foundation still shapes her approach: she thrives in collaborative environments where ideas are brought to life. Her past work includes national public health campaigns focused on suicide prevention, vaping cessation and youth wellness—initiatives that resonate with Noble’s mission and impact-driven culture.
Marni holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and now lives in her hometown of Las Vegas with her husband, three children and two dogs. When she’s not tracking deliverables, you’ll find her out rock climbing in Red Rock Canyon, road running with her ridgeback or ice climbing in Montana. (Yes, even in winter. Yes, for fun.)
A Halloween enthusiast, Marni transforms her house into a haunted attraction every October complete with music, lights and a trick-or-treat trailer parade. She also claims elite-level chocolate chip cookie eating skills and harbors a dream of having her own pottery studio and kiln someday. Until then, she’s happy shaping timelines instead of clay.
