Our culture is the engine behind the work we deliver.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce we’ve been named a 2026 Ad Age Best Place to Work, ranking #2 among all agencies with up to 150 employees. Landing the second spot  is a direct result of the culture we live every day.

We have built a space where people stand by each other and our client partners through the long hours and the complicated problems that define our industry. When agency culture is stable and supportive, the work becomes sharper, more consistent and more effective.

This internal alignment translates directly into client satisfaction. When our people are supported and focused, they meet goals more effectively and build the kind of partnerships that help our clients win.

A Culture Shaped by the People Behind the Work

Culture at Noble doesn’t exist apart from the work. It’s shaped by the people doing it, day in and day out, across teams, roles and moments when the path forward isn’t always obvious.

As Jarrod Lopiccolo, CEO of Noble Studios, explains, “You see our culture in how we listen and make calls when things get difficult. When the team speaks up, that feedback leads to real changes that make us stronger. Keeping things consistent like that is what keeps our people engaged and our client partnerships successful.”

This consistent approach has built a deep level of trust and stability, allowing us to provide a more seamless experience for our partners. It’s one thing to check in on a team, but it is another to act on what is discovered. Whether we are resetting expectations or adjusting our workflows, we ensure that team feedback leads to tangible change.

When people see their input turn into better ways of working, that internal reliability creates a sense of collective accountability. This proactive energy is what ensures every project receives the same level of care and urgency.

Managing Partner and CCO B.C. LeDoux sees this collective drive as our real advantage. “That’s why the Ad Age recognition belongs to the team. It reflects how they take ownership of the work and hold themselves and one another to a shared standard. The award is not the result of a single program or policy or moment in time. It’s the outcome of people leaning in together every day.”

What This Recognition Represents

Being named a 2026 Ad Age Best Place to Work matters because it reflects the reality of working at Noble, not an aspiration on paper. It’s an independent recognition of a culture built through the everyday choices people make when they show up for one another and for the work.

COO and Co-Founder Season Lopiccolo says the win is just more fuel to keep improving. “This award is a reminder of what it takes to keep earning trust and to keep getting better together. We want to Let’s Be Better Every Day. Culture does not sustain itself. It has to be lived, protected and reinforced every day.”

This Ad Age win is proof that we have built the kind of stable, high-performing environment where your brand can actually thrive. We are looking for partners who want to build something meaningful alongside a team that is as invested in the result as you are.

If you want an agency where the team actually gives a shit about your goals, we should talk.
