RennerVation Foundation Is The 2027 Noble Deeds Recipient

Every year since 2013, Noble picks one nonprofit to receive a full year of brand and performance marketing work through Noble Deeds, the company’s pro bono program covering brand strategy, web design and development, SEO, content and paid media. We’re proud to announce the 2027 recipient is RennerVation Foundation, a Reno organization that serves children in foster care and at-risk youth across Nevada, from birth through age 24.

Why RennerVation

RennerVation runs on an annual marketing budget of just $7,500. That is not a typo, and it’s not much more than a single month of ad spend for a mid-size local business.

Against that budget, 100% of participants in the foundation’s Pave Your Way program, launched last year for transition-age foster and at-risk youth between 16 and 24, have stayed stably housed for six months or longer. Engagement has held at 100% as well, and everyone with an employment goal has landed a job.

“We read a lot of applications that describe impact in general terms,” said Season Lopiccolo, COO and co-founder of Noble, who is the executive energy behind Noble Deeds. “RennerVation showed up with outcomes already attached to names and dates. A 100% retention rate in a program that size doesn’t happen by accident, and that’s what made this an easy choice for us.”

“I actually had to sit down when I got the call,” said Kym Renner, CEO of RennerVation Foundation. “We’ve got kids on a waitlist right now because we don’t have the capacity to reach more donors or tell our story the way it deserves. This opportunity could change that in a real way.”

The Work So Far

RennerVation was founded in November 2023, so it is not yet three years old. Siblings Jeremy and Kym Renner started the foundation together, pairing Jeremy’s longstanding commitment to uplifting children through philanthropy with Kym’s professional experience at the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

Since inception, RennerVation has built two programs that are already outgrowing their own capacity. Camp RennerVation, a free trauma-informed camp, will serve more than 200 kids in 2026 with waitlists on both its teen and youth sessions. Pave Your Way, the case management and independent living program, pairs housing support with therapeutic services and workforce connections for young adults aging out of the system.

Camp RennerVation staff and campers pose together at sunset, several wearing colorful novelty sunglasses and beads, with pine trees and an open field behind them.

The need behind those numbers is bigger than one foundation. Washoe County alone has roughly 400 foster homes and 700 kids and teens moving through the system annually, often with little continuity from one placement to the next.

For a lot of those kids, that instability shows up in small, specific ways, like moving between homes with their belongings stuffed into a trash bag because nobody handed them anything better. Nobody plans it that way, but it happens, over and over.

RennerVation has partnered with Comfort Cases to fix that specific problem, giving kids a real bag or suitcase instead. Kym talked about the partnership in more detail on the Fostering Change podcast, worth a listen if you want the full story.

What Noble Deeds Will Help With

Before any work begins, Noble and RennerVation are getting clear on what success looks like over the next decade: more visibility, stronger fundraising and helping more kids. Once that’s set, Noble runs a full audit of RennerVation’s marketing, brand and digital presence to find the moves that actually get them there, instead of just handing over a list of deliverables.

RennerVation’s team has flagged real opportunities already.

“Our website platform doesn’t suit us anymore, and it’s time for a real refresh,” Kym Renner said. She continued, “These programs have grown so much, and our website hasn’t kept pace with that growth. What matters most is making sure people see what these programs actually do. A 100% housing retention rate in Pave Your Way means something real for a kid. We want our storytelling to carry that, not just say we help foster youth.”

The audit is how Noble turns that list into a prioritized plan. From there, the team builds a scope around whatever moves donations, visibility and program capacity the most.

“The ultimate metric here is clearing that waitlist,” said Season Lopiccolo, CEO and co-founder of Noble. “Think about what that means for those kids and their futures. RennerVation is already getting results on a shoestring marketing budget. Give them real marketing support and imagine what’s possible. I’m so excited for this partnership.”

About Noble Deeds

Noble Deeds started in 2013, a decade after Noble started in 2003. The idea came together on the Tahoe Rim Trail, where the Noble team found themselves out on a trail with axes, picks and shovels. This kind of volunteer work got them thinking about how they could give back more to the community by using their brand and performance marketing skills.

For years, the program stayed Nevada-only, picking a local nonprofit each year to receive a full year of pro bono brand and performance marketing. Past recipients include the SPCA of Northern Nevada, Green Our Planet, Communities In Schools of Nevada, Life Is Worth It and Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County.

Noble Deeds has donated nearly $2 million in pro bono services since the program began and expanded to welcome national nonprofits in 2025. The program crossed the Atlantic too, launching in Bristol, UK in 2022 and now supporting charities across the South West of England alongside its US work. Reno’s mayor officially designated April 10 as Noble Deeds Day back in 2019.
