Each year, our team delivers work that raises the bar. Not every project will win an industry award, but that’s not the point. This is about us. It’s about creativity, craft and care that may never make headlines but makes a real impact for our clients and our team. When something truly stands out, we take a moment to celebrate each other, to highlight great work and high-five the people behind it. That’s the spirit behind the Noble Piece Prize.
The name is a pun, and yes, we leaned into it. But the purpose behind the Noble Piece Prize is serious. These awards honor the best of the best: projects that delivered with craft, performed with impact and raised the bar for what great looks like. They’re proof that standout work doesn’t just happen. It’s built with intention.
And the kind of work we’re recognizing? It’s personally relevant. It’s innovative. It’s built on our belief that when you put in the effort to make something truly valuable to the person on the other side, good things happen.

Give Piece a Chance
The Noble Piece Prize began with a simple goal: to celebrate the creative digital performance marketing work we’re proud of. Full stop.
Each year, we spotlight a few standout pieces. These are the projects that pushed thinking, solved real problems and proved what’s possible when the right people get in a room. Yes, it’s recognition. But more than that, it sets the tone for what better looks like around here.
The prize exists to honor what matters most: clear ideas, sharp execution and meaningful results. The name is a joke. The standard is not. These are the projects that show us what we can do at our best.
We give three Noble Piece Prizes each year:
- Creative Digital Performance: For work that brings multiple disciplines together. Strategy, UX, tech, creative, media—when it clicks, it shows. This prize goes to projects that felt seamless and performed big.
- Valuable Personal Experiences: For the most compelling expression of a Valuable Personalized Experience. Work that met people where they were and gave them something worth their time. Thoughtful, specific, human.
- Badass Shit: This one’s wide open. A knockout idea, a sharp design, a metric-busting launch. Whatever made people stop and say, “That rules.” If it hits, it qualifies.
Nominations open each November. Anyone on the team can submit a piece they’re proud of with a quick write-up on the challenge, the solution and the outcome. No fluff. No extra homework. Just a spotlight on the great stuff already out in the world.
In the first year, winners were chosen with input from a panel of international agency owners and friends in our network. In year two, we tried something innovative: an AI panel of judges, each given a unique identity that represented a unique expertise: Creative Director, Media Planner, Marketing Strategist, etc.
However they’re selected, the winners are revealed at our Year in Review in January.
It’s one of the best days on the calendar. A reminder that when you invest in your team, you get work that’s worth celebrating.
Real Pieces of Work
In just two years, the Noble Piece Prize has already become a tradition of celebrating work that pushes us forward. From the inaugural winners in 2024 to the standout projects of 2025, these pieces prove that when creativity, craft and care come together, the results are worth recognizing and worth bragging about.
2025 Noble Piece Prize Winners
Twelve entries were submitted this year, each showcasing creativity, collaboration and a clear sense of purpose. But three projects stood out for how they pushed boundaries, delivered results and embodied our values. Each winning team receives a custom Noble Piece Prize trophy and agency-wide bragging rights.
Santa Monica Travel & Tourism – Winner, Creative Digital Performance
Santa Monica’s new brand, Flow Against the Grain, was a full-spectrum refresh: a bold campaign, site redesign and integrated media strategy. The work combined emotional storytelling with measurable performance, resulting in big lifts across engagement, brand perception and conversion .
Judge’s comment: “A stylish, diverse and swagger-filled brand, campaign and site with exceptional creative and emotional resonance.”
Travel Nevada Trip Planner – Winner, Valuable Personalized Experiences
This fully custom tool lets users create and save personalized road trip itineraries using content from across the Travel Nevada site. Fast, user-friendly and grounded in real traveler behavior, it turned static information into a living experience .
Judge’s comment: “Truly embodies a valuable personalized experience with rich content and customizability and it helps push Noble toward its vision.”
Visit Lake Tahoe Website – Winner, Badass Shit
The refreshed site for Visit Lake Tahoe is immersive, experiential and deeply branded. From animation to layout to mobile optimization, every element reinforces the awe of the destination. It’s more than a website. It’s a full digital expression of a place .
Judge’s comment: “A visually stunning, immersive travel site that exemplifies creativity, strategy and performance in equal measure.”
2024 Noble Piece Prize Winners
The 2024 awards marked the very first Noble Piece Prize, created to celebrate the work we’re most proud of. It was our way of setting the bar, highlighting projects that blended creativity, craft and impact while reminding us to celebrate each other along the way.
Papillon Helicopters – Winner, Creative Digital Performance
Papillon’s 2024 campaigns took flight with a renewed focus on international audiences, bringing a sharper digital strategy to one of the world’s most iconic helicopter tour brands. Through paid and organic efforts, the team delivered higher-value bookings, longer planning windows and standout performance in key global markets. From France to Asia, campaigns didn’t just lift transactions, they reshaped how and when travelers booked.
Judge’s comment: “A bold digital performance story—smarter targeting, stronger returns and a clear strategy to future-proof one of the most recognized names in tourism.” 
Travel Nevada Consumer Campaign – Winner, Valuable Personalized Experiences
Travel Nevada’s new brand, “Get a Little Out There,” broke past clichés of deserts and neon to invite visitors into the unexpected side of the Silver State. With a digital refresh, immersive activations and content that spoke directly to diverse audiences, the campaign was both inclusive and adventurous. It drove measurable growth in visitation, spending and rural exploration—while giving travelers an experience that felt personal and real.
Judge’s comment: “A campaign that lived its mantra. The work wasn’t just bold, it was human and it delivered on every front—brand, experience and results.” 
Seequent – Winner, Badass Shit
For Seequent, Noble built a Paid Center of Excellence that turned fragmented efforts into a powerhouse of personalized lead generation. LinkedIn Conversation Ads became a direct line to geologists, engineers and other specialists, delivering messages from real Seequent team members with industry knowledge. The result was a pipeline of high-quality leads, a dramatically lower CPL and a campaign that redefined what digital B2B could look like.
Judge’s comment: “Smart, scrappy and effective. The Seequent work proved that with creativity and precision, even B2B advertising can be badass.”
