Meghan Pescio

Director of Client Experience

Whether it’s a cross-country race, a complex client challenge or corralling her energetic twin boys, Meg Pescio powers through with passion and purpose as Director of Client Experience at Noble Studios. A natural relationship-builder gifted in blending heart with hustle, she develops innovative solutions that take into account both creativity and analytics.

Meg has more than 10 years of strategic marketing experience. Her past roles steadily strengthened her ability to unite creativity and performance across economic development, healthcare and B2B demand-generation. Prior to joining Noble, she worked at the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), where she collaborated with Noble Studios to create a high-impact website fused with imagination and insights — much like her own approach.

Now as Director of Client Experience, she crafts exceptional experiences for her own squad, clients and customers, solving complex problems with innovative, yet human-centric solutions.

Meghan connects deeply with Noble’s “Be Empowerful” principle that encourages empowerment for our teammates by providing trust, autonomy and opportunities to succeed. Her aim is to help teammates shine by removing roadblocks and allowing their unique strengths to deliver collective success to our clients

A self-described “reformed perfectionist,” Meg’s drive to Be Better Every Day brought her recognition with the “2016 Rising Star in Professional Services” award and a seat on the AAF Reno Board for two years. Meg currently holds the belt for most Employee of the Month wins.

At the end of the day, you can find Meg lacing up for a run with her husband or starting a new homebrew in their garage. Realistically though, most of her running is after her twin boys and rambunctious labradoodle, Susan, before enjoying a cold one.

Her favorite way to unwind? Channeling her inner rockstar at karaoke night with Joe Cocker and Patsy Cline hits.

“Out beyond ideas of right doing and wrong doing there is a field, I’ll meet you there.”
