As the leader of Noble's marketing and sales initiatives, our Director of Marketing & Sales will elevate our brand while driving sustainable growth through innovative strategies and team leadership. Working alongside our talented team, you'll own the development and execution of our integrated marketing and sales plan, build meaningful relationships with potential clients and lead our business development efforts to new heights.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Create and execute integrated marketing and sales initiatives aligned with company goals
  • Lead and develop high-performing business development and marketing teams
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities challenges
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure successful execution of initiatives
  • Provide strategic insights and reporting to leadership team

Client Acquisition & Growth

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners
  • Develop and optimize sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets
  • Understand client business goals and propose innovative solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership
  • Represent the company at key industry events

Marketing Excellence

  • Guide brand strategy and market positioning
  • Oversee creation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across all channels
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Manage marketing and sales budget for optimal ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years experience in agency digital marketing, including web design, paid advertising and SEO/SEM
  • 5+ years successful sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years progressive leadership experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and execution
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Excellence in team leadership and development
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with remote/hybrid teams

Must Haves

  • Must pass background, credit, reference and DMV checks
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Available during core hours (M-F, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Pacific Time)
  • Reliable transportation with minimum required personal auto insurance (100/300/100)
  • Ability to be on-site in Reno at least quarterly
