In this role, you’ll jump in our internal sales and marketing team to help with business development, RFPs, social media, content creation, community engagement and event coordination. You'll touch every aspect of the agency's operations—from performance marketing to creative to contributing to our website and partnering with our Technical Services team on website enhancements.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive social media presence to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, aligning with company goals and target audiences.
- Foster two-way engagement on social media by responding to inquiries, comments messages professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate internal scheduling for RFPs, award submissions content creation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support cold outreach efforts by curating and organizing contact lists using business intelligence tools.
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, creation analysis to optimize outreach and decision-making.
- Manage event and sponsorship partnerships, ensuring successful execution and outcomes.
- Maintain and update client contact information, opportunities sales data in CRM tools to support sales efforts.
- Create and assist with compelling content across blogs, social posts, emails presentations to reflect brand voice and drive engagement.
- Develop presentations for internal teams and stakeholders, showcasing successes in social media, events outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies for marketing and community management.
- Assist with community engagement and influencer activities, supporting consistent content creation and pipeline building.
- Utilize HubSpot to design, execute analyze email campaigns to enhance community engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, identifying opportunities for agency growth and company visibility.
- Assist with documenting and improving processes, providing feedback supporting SOP development.
- Provide general support for meetings, including content preparation and scheduling coordination.
- Assist in website content updates and other cross-disciplinary marketing activities to support business development.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity MidJourney to enhance marketing efforts.
- Participate in research to identify emerging trends on platforms like TikTok and recommend strategies for internal growth.
- Gain exposure to multiple aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, content creation, CRM management performance marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in social media management, community management, or a similar role, ideally managing executive-level social media accounts.
- Familiarity with developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok Instagram).
- Ideally, a strong understanding of community management and fostering engagement with prospects and social media audiences.
- Familiarity or interest in business intelligence tools like Google Workplace, HubSpot, ZoomInfo sales enablement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Clay CRMs like HubSpot and Workamajig.
- Preferably, experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT Perplexity.
- Familiarity or interest in Google Analytics—knowledge of what metrics mean, such as understanding the difference between a user and a session.
- Ideally, experience with basic video content creation and editing for social media (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok Instagram).
- Preferably, experience with Canva, but trainable.Open-minded with a strong desire to learn about marketing agency operations and B2B sales and marketing.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of business etiquette.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to a wide range of tasks, from content research to managing community engagement.
- Willingness to work in a junior role to support senior team members, with a proactive attitude to learn and grow into other areas of marketing and sales.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage scheduling and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate strategic marketing and sales events, sponsorships other external opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly through channels like email, Slack, slide decks meeting presentations
