Life Is Worth It: 2024 Noble Deeds Grant Recipient

Noble Studios is proud to announce the Life Is Worth It organization as the recipient of the 2024 Noble Deeds grant. This Nevada-based nonprofit is dedicated to educating youth and their communities on total life wellness to help prevent suicide.

This critical issue hits close to home for many in Nevada, as suicide is the second leading cause of death for people aged 8-17, 18-24 and 25-44. In 2020, more people died by suicide in Nevada (603) than by homicides (217) and transportation deaths (380) combined, according to data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Founded in 2020 by suicide survivor and mental health advocate Emma White, Life Is Worth It provides workshops, programs and curriculum to youth aged 10 to 24 and their communities. Their mission is to help young people understand their physical, emotional, mental and digital wellness so they can proactively take control of their health.

"The Life Is Worth It organization is humbled and grateful to partner with Noble Studios for the Noble Deeds grant," said Emma White, who was recently named one of USA Today’s Women of the Year. "Our mission is to educate youth and their communities on total life wellness to help prevent suicide through programs, workshops and curriculum. As suicide continues to be a leading cause of death for Nevada youth, we are inspired now more than ever to advance our mission to provide life-saving education to Nevada youth and their families."

The Importance of Mental Health Education for Youth

Life Is Worth It is dedicated to tackling this critical issue by equipping Nevada high schools with their life-saving curriculum, with the ultimate vision of expanding their impact nationally.

"At Noble Studios, we believe in supporting organizations that make a real difference in our community through Noble Deeds," said Season Lopiccolo, Co-Founder of Noble Studios. "The Life Is Worth It organization's mission to prevent youth suicide by promoting total life wellness is a cause that deeply resonates with us, especially in light of the rising mental health challenges our society faces post-pandemic."

Noble Studios will support Life Is Worth It by providing creative digital performance marketing to help them create a brand that thrives in a digital-first, modern marketing landscape. "We're thrilled to collaborate with Life Is Worth It, helping them amplify their message and empower more people," said Breanne Standingwater, Noble Deeds Committee Chair. "By providing a strategic digital foundation, we aim to set them up for success in Nevada and beyond."

Noble Studios' Commitment to Making a Difference

Life Is Worth It was selected for the Noble Deeds grant due to their passionate commitment to addressing one of Nevada's most pressing issues, mental health. Their humble readiness to do whatever it takes to solve the problem and the timeliness and relevance of their cause were critical to the selection.

"Saving lives by supporting an organization dedicated to giving youth the tools to learn about well-being and navigate life is a privilege for us," said Lopiccolo.
