Krysti Roush

Vice President of Performance Marketing

Growing up in Arizona, Noble’s VP of Performance Marketing Krysti Roush developed an insatiable appetite for asking “why.” Today, she transforms that childhood curiosity into a strategic superpower, solving complex marketing puzzles with analytical precision and propelling Noble’s performance marketing initiatives to new heights.

Krysti has extensive cross-industry expertise from both Fortune 500 giants and nimble startups across tech, healthcare, finance and education sectors. From leadership roles at Antenna Group and Manifest, where she specialized in optimizing performance and driving digital strategies, to her earlier experience in customer marketing at Honeywell and overseeing paid media and SEO strategies at various agencies, Krysti has cultivated a versatile marketing expertise that spans both strategy and execution.

At Noble, Krysti is pivotal in advancing the agency’s commitment to innovation, particularly in emerging technologies and AI-enhanced marketing approaches. Her forward-thinking perspective helps Noble stay ahead of trends while maintaining the human insights that drive meaningful connections.

As a leader, Krysti creates spaces for her teams where innovation thrives, balancing freedom to experiment with support to learn from setbacks. This approach resonates perfectly with Noble’s “Be Better Every Day” ethos, embracing continuous improvement through encouragement rather than pressure. As Krysti puts it, she values “passion-driven positivity, not just positivity for positivity’s sake,” a distinction that immediately drew her to Noble’s authentic culture.

When she unplugs, Krysti embraces her most important role: mom to three young children. Their home buzzes with energy during Friday movie nights, where everyone builds their own pizzas before snuggling in for a movie marathon. Fall kicks off their celebration season, starting with September birthdays and rolling through a whirlwind of holiday traditions that keep their calendar joyfully packed through the year’s end.

Beyond family life, Krysti is a proud homebody who’s found her bliss in a newly built “forever house.” Her ideal Saturday? Sleeping in, savoring that first cup of coffee in peace, darting off to her son’s basketball game or other fun family activities, and later, enjoying date nights with her husband after the kids are tucked away. Though her music tastes once led her to a rowdy music festival (where she had to take an urgent conference call from an RV), she now happily trades concert chaos for cozy home comforts.

“Taking on a challenge is a lot like riding a horse. If you’re comfortable while you’re doing it, you’re probably doing it wrong.”
