SEO/SEM Analyst

Position Summary:

This position will join Noble’s strategy team and assist in the planning and execution of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search marketing campaigns (PPC) for Noble Studios clients.  Experience teaming with technical and creative services will be important since many of these campaigns will be tied to other website development projects.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, manage, optimize and report on search marketing campaigns for clients across a variety of search engines including Google, Bing, Yahoo and others.
    • Conduct keyword research, analysis, bucketing, and matching in order to develop quality keyword lists.  
    • Utilize successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management on pay-per-click (PPC) search campaigns to hit target acquisitions goals and efficiency metrics.
    • Conduct ad testing and landing page testing including both A/B and multivariate testing using Optimizely, Google Website Optimizer or similar tools.
    • Interact with clients as needed for approvals and / or revisions.
  • Create promotional text ads for use with a variety of campaigns across different searches engines and publishers.
  • Work both directly with clients as well as other Noble team members (account management, project management, etc.) to clearly understand client goals and business in order to formulate effective plans.
  • Provide detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to increase overall search performance efficiency.
  • Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, including ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  • Configure web analytics software such as Google Analytics or similar products.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in the Search Marketing industry through constant research, article reading, webinars and industry events.
  • Learn and develop mastery of all elements of paid media campaign management including the tactics of search engine marketing and the tools used to implement them.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics or related field.
  • Preferred two years of experience in search marketing.
  • Minimum of one year of client service and/or customer management experience.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & research skills with an innate ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Experience using ad serving technologies preferred.

Account Manager

The responsibility of the account manager is to be the client’s representative at the agency, and the agency’s representative at the client’s organization. Areas of focus include:

As the primary day-to-day execution point on projects, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by scoping, estimating, scheduling, and coordinating efforts and, in some cases, doing the actual implementation with the greatest level of accuracy. You will do this by being an assertive forward-thinking problem solver who enjoys motivating a team to deliver great work.  Senior account managers are responsible for larger relationships and providing more strategic engagements on behalf of the agency.

This position will help identify appropriate creative and technical resources while coordinating the efforts of team members.  This will ensure that Noble Studios will deliver projects according to a plan with measured profitability and to achieve overall client satisfaction.

You will also help define the objectives for client projects and oversee quality control from start to finish.  You will negotiate difficult political environments and manage multiple clients while being responsible for continuously evaluating the cost savings of your projects and implementing solutions/methods for savings to Noble’s bottom line. 

As a member of the account services team, you will work with business development to define and articulate sales opportunities as they are discovered; creating proposals, RFP responses and scopes of work. You will also identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients and assure that every effort to close the opportunity will be taken. The account services team works with the project management, creative, and technical services team(s) to accurately identify effort required to meet clients' needs. You will identify and create solutions that are easily deployed and marketable to customers.  You will also oversee and monitor operational budgets of a project and scopes as they work through the project life cycle. Provide coaching, mentoring, motivation and supervision to sales project team members to instill pride and accountability for their work.

The Noble Studios senior creative designer is a strategic thinker who creates meaningful user experiences, develops original design concepts and turn designs into working HTML and CSS files. The senior designer reports to the creative director and works closely with account, development and strategic teams to identify and meet the strategic intent for projects.

  • Brainstorm creative concepts.
