Danni Winter

Danni Winter is a multi-talented Performance Marketing Director, and a digital marketing pro, who brings years of SEO and paid media experience to Noble. In her role, she strategically develops and manages high-performance paid media and organic strategies to help our clients meet and exceed campaign goals. Danni also constructs effective tracking and attribution strategies that help showcase the full value of the team’s marketing initiatives. Her client list is long, continuously growing, and chalked up with an impressive amount of awards. 

Danni truly embodies the Noble principle of “Grab The Noble By The Horns”  by providing thoughtful leadership and innovative marketing strategies that drive success for her clients. She is always looking for ways to be better, learning new techniques in marketing and analytics to stay ahead of industry trends. 

In addition to her role at Noble, Danni is well-known in the marketing and advertising community. She has generously volunteered her time and talents to the Junior League, American Marketing Association (AMA) and American Advertising Federation (AAF.) Danni served as the president of AAF Reno in 2023-2024 and has been on the board for the past seven years. Her volunteer work has allowed her to hone her leadership skills and build strong relationships within the Reno/Tahoe community. 

Before joining Noble, Danni worked in the marketing department at Peppermill Resort Spa Casino. There, she managed the logistics of over 60 special events a year and countless promotions for the casino. Her experience in both marketing and the travel/tourism industry strengthened her ability to develop effective strategies for the travel and tourism clients she works with today.

A Reno native, Danni holds a degree in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno – a fitting combination for her expertise in managing paid media strategies. 

When she’s not coming up with creative solutions for clients or optimizing campaigns, you’ll find her planning her yearly trip to Disneyland or running around Reno/Tahoe. Danni has run several half marathons and recently completed her first full marathon. She also enjoys cooking and baking, with a particular talent for making sourdough loaves. She is also an avid traveler; up next on her bucket list: seeing the Northern Lights.
