Ideation and execution of conversion rate tests and personalizations is the name and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to identify consumer needs is the game. Whoof. Associate Director of Performance Marketing Mason Furr is just as much an artist as he is a scientist. Day-to-day, you will find Mason expertly crafting tests for a variety of different clients to identify intention gap opportunities in user experiences and design. He works with marketing managers to establish success metrics for each project, manages roadmaps, studies effort and impact assessments, and specializes in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementations and audits.
Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Mason has both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and another in digital media. Before we were gifted his analytical brain here at Noble, Mason worked freelance for companies like Google, as well as worked with a few local agencies here in Reno building websites, managing campaigns, developing digital strategies and executing a number of different multi-channel marketing plans.
At Noble, Mason is most excited to bring continued growth to our CRO program, using new technologies to place not only us, but also our clients, at the forefront of digital marketing. Mason works hard to create better practices through CRO testing, ultimately creating more personalized experiences for our clients and their customers. Learning from the latest and greatest in the digital space is just one way we strive to stay ahead of the curve. Creative digital performance, baby!
When Mason isn’t fighting the good fight in proverbial analytical armor, he’s daydreaming about visiting Germany or Iceland—pretty much anywhere that has amazing rocks, incredible hikes and unbelievable views. A great listener and master popcorn shrimp maker, Mason loves the outdoors. And although he no longer has his pet frogs or prawns anymore (RIP Frog the Bounty Hunter, Matthew McCroakahey, Be-pawn-ce, Prawn Wayne, and Prawn-ye West), he’s happy to catch glimpses of wildlife while he’s exploring Nevada and may even open his heart up again for a new pet.
