Monica George

Senior Client Success Manager

As a curious problem solver, Monica George has yet to come across a business challenge that she couldn’t overcome through a combination of determination and know-how. In the role of Senior Client Success Manager, she works hard to advocate for Noble Studios’ clients while finding the best ways to achieve real business objectives through partnerships with the internal Noble team. Whether she’s distilling technical problems to their essence or using storytelling to help each stakeholder on a project see the end goal with full clarity, she’s part diplomat, part interpreter and all in, all the time.

With 15+ years in marketing in advertising, Monica has focused her career on building food and beverage brands for B2B and DTC businesses — both internationally and in the U.S. — all with the goal of driving revenue and increasing brand loyalty. Prior to joining Noble, she oversaw creative and content operations for Wild Alaskan Company, was head of retail at Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and was an account executive at MEDIAmerica. Collectively, these experiences honed her skills in creating performance marketing strategy, crafting strong brand narratives and cultivating strategic partnerships. They also gave her key insights and hands-on experience with travel, tourism and DMOs, which comes in handy with Noble’s robust roster of destination clients.

Monica attended Truckee Meadows Community College, where she studied everything from yoga, history of rock music, guitar, photography to sleep psychology. To this day, she still practices yoga, is a sleep evangelist and dabbles in photography. Hailing from a small town in Alaska with no roads going in or out (hello, float planes!), she considers herself a lifelong learner and has received certificates from Wharton University, a bachelors in marketing from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Outside of work, Monica stays busy raising her two teenagers. She loves to travel with them and explore northern Nevada’s outdoor playground. She enjoys reading, gardening, teaching yoga and cooking.

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
